Established in 1970; Rubicon, Inc. is Central Virginia's oldest and most comprehensive chemical dependency treatment program offering a full continuum of services ranging from detoxification to aftercare. The Program operates a medical and social detoxification unit, gender specific therapeutic communities and primary care facilities, traditional and intensive outpatient units and a residential community for addicted mothers and their young children. These modalities are designed to address individual needs of Program participants and vary in intensity of treatment model, length of stay, extent of focus on community re-entry programming, and treatment curriculum.
